I receive an email each month that notifies me of my charges.Cons: Have to go to site to pull up call details.Summary: The main reason I decided to look for a new carrier was cost. Pioneer offered me a great rate for the calls I make. I usually don't make many, so I was looking for a carrier that would not charge me an arm and a leg for those calls or a monthly flat fee. The whole process was very easy to do online. I would recommend Pioneer to anyone. 4 out of 8 people found this review helpful
