Customer service is good, and on-line billing is efficient.Cons: The only one that I can think of is billing is in full minute increments, but I don't see that as a real negative.Summary: I am very pleased with the Pioneer Rate Buster service after three months usage. I have had no problems with the service at all, and I like the monthly on-line bill that is charged to my Master Card. Customer service reps are readily available.
