Pioneer 2.7 Rate Buster User Review![]() Pioneer rate buster planOverall Rating: By: Steedman Sarbah on Saturday, June 07, 2008From: Columbia, SC (United States) Experience: 3 Months Pros: Reliable connections, good signal and audibility even with international calls, easy billing.Cons: Surprisingly none so farSummary: Overall we have been very pleased with the service since switching to Pioneer telephone. Had been burned before with a couple of low rate providers where either audibility was suboptimal or the signal would repeatedly cut off during calls thus we were initially somewhat skeptical about how good things would be. Finally we got fed up enough with AT&T (poor customer service and exorbitant rates) that we knew a change was definitely needed. We have many family members overseas thus make frequent international calls and have been impressed with the clarity of calls. The rates are very reasonable and billing via credit card has been simple. 5 out of 8 people found this review helpful

Clarence HartOverall Rating: By: Clarence Hart on Wednesday, June 04, 2008From: Morganton, NC (United States) Experience: 3 Months Pros: The rates are excellent for in-state and out-of-state. Customer service is good, and on-line billing is efficient.Cons: The only one that I can think of is billing is in full minute increments, but I don't see that as a real negative.Summary: I am very pleased with the Pioneer Rate Buster service after three months usage. I have had no problems with the service at all, and I like the monthly on-line bill that is charged to my Master Card. Customer service reps are readily available. If nothing changes, I will use this service for a long time. 1 out of 5 people found this review helpful
SURE CAN SAVEOverall Rating: By: B. Chudalla on Tuesday, June 03, 2008From: Wharton, TX (United States) Experience: 90 Days Pros: CHEAP CHEAP CHEAPCons: Can't rememeber my ID or passwordSummary: Have had service for 3 mo's. Now I can call long distance, without it being 1-800. Have had no problems(except I have trouble remembering my ID & password, but that is me) When I have called for help the person was very-very helpfull & very nice. My total bill for the 3 mos. was $0.38 YEA that's right 38 cents. NO $3.00 line charges like before with the old service AT&T. AT&T keeps telling me I can get their service for $35.00 per mo. I LIKE MY SEVICE. 4 out of 4 people found this review helpful
