Pioneer rate buster plan

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Steedman Sarbah on Saturday, June 07, 2008
From: Columbia, SC (United States)
Experience: 3 Months
Pros: Reliable connections, good signal and audibility even with international calls, easy billing.

Cons: Surprisingly none so far

Summary: Overall we have been very pleased with the service since switching to Pioneer telephone. Had been burned before with a couple of low rate providers where either audibility was suboptimal or the signal would repeatedly cut off during calls thus we were initially somewhat skeptical about how good things would be. Finally we got fed up enough with AT&T (poor customer service and exorbitant rates) that we knew a change was definitely needed. We have many family members overseas thus make frequent international calls and have been impressed with the clarity of calls. The rates are very reasonable and billing via credit card has been simple.

Pros: Great price, no minimums, no low usage fee.

Summary: I like this service because it provides a simple, inexpensive price plan. No complicated conditions, no low usage fees and one of the best priced long distance services around. It offers the convenience of AutoPay and online access to your account and billing statements. I highly recommend Pioneer's 2.7 Rate Buster plan.

Clarence Hart

Overall Rating:
5 out of 5
By: Clarence Hart on Wednesday, June 04, 2008
From: Morganton, NC (United States)
Experience: 3 Months
Pros: The rates are excellent for in-state and out-of-state. Customer service is good, and on-line billing is efficient.

Cons: The only one that I can think of is billing is in full minute increments, but I don't see that as a real negative.

Summary: I am very pleased with the Pioneer Rate Buster service after three months usage. I have had no problems with the service at all, and I like the monthly on-line bill that is charged to my Master Card. Customer service reps are readily available. If nothing changes, I will use this service for a long time.

From: Wharton, TX (United States)
Experience: 90 Days
Pros: CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP

Cons: Can't rememeber my ID or password

Summary: Have had service for 3 mo's. Now I can call long distance, without it being 1-800. Have had no problems(except I have trouble remembering my ID & password, but that is me) When I have called for help the person was very-very helpfull & very nice. My total bill for the 3 mos. was $0.38 YEA that's right 38 cents. NO $3.00 line charges like before with the old service AT&T. AT&T keeps telling me I can get their service for $35.00 per mo. I LIKE MY SEVICE.

Pros: Economical, easy to use (no dialing special numbers), billing is easy.

Cons: None.

Summary: I'm very pleased with Pioneer Telephone's Rate Buster service. They were in contact when I first got the service, kept me informed of when I would be hooked up. The service is very easy to use with no extra numbers to dial. I like the fact of no extra monthly fees also, something that swayed me to choose them.
