Cons: Took several days for service to be started

Summary: Once service started I have not had any problems and feel that the connection and the voice quality is as good as I could have expected. Have been using the service for 3 months and based on my experience would not hesitate to recommend the plan to others

Cons: In-state calls cost more than Sams club card.

Summary: Very satisfied with pricing for out of State calls. Would like to see same rate for in State long distance calls. I use Sams Club card for in State; Pioneer rate is cheaper for out of State.

Summary: My service and cost from Pioneer Tele has been seamless,and the cost has beaten the majority of aftermarket telecom companies. Pioneer billing statements seem to be straight forward and readable by the customer

Summary: Awesome company. I was paying a monthly bill of $8.00 when I only had .34c in local long distance phone calls. The rest was fees and taxes. I love seeing my statement for only what I use. Thanks for the great hookup!

Summary: Our old long distance company was dropping us so we needed a new long distance company and I found Phone Dog. They had many different companys to look at and I found Pioneer 2.7b so I took a chance. It has work out real good for us and we are thankful for there help. I would give them a A+.

Summary: While my phone usage has been diminished recently due to illness, Pioneer's service and billing has been flawless and as advertised.
