Summary: I am so glad to have found this Pioneer TalkCents plan. I make a lot of long distance calls and got tired of paying a monthly fee, so I started buying phone cards at Sam's Club. That saved me on the per minute cost from 5 cents a minute to something like 3.5 cents a minute, but I still had the monthly charge, because I had to keep my LD service for any emergency calls I may need to make. So, one day I decided to do a search online and found PhoneDog.com. I found exactly what I was looking for, a LD plan with NO monthly charge and the lowest per minute rate to boot!! Ever since signing up, I have been very happy and have raved about it to all my friends. What a find! Why would anyone pay those monthly fees for LD service when there is PhoneDog out there! Thanks again PhoneDog and Pioneer and keep up the good work!
