I was going out of state when I started using Pioneer & needed "instant" calling card, which was provided with no hassle at all. And, while away & using the card, I reached my "limit," & all it took was one quick call to get the issue resolved. At that same time, there was a "bank-glitch" which had me in a frenzy, but it was quickly resolved with help from Pioneer support people. I'm really happy with Pioneer - so far, at least, there have been no unhappy experiences. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful
