Pioneer 3.25 TalkCents User Review

Summary: Only had the service for a month, but great so far. Customer service is excellent. The best part is that there are none of those annoying menus to deal with. Just dial the toll free number and talk directly to a live person that is willing to solve the problem or answer a question. I recently had to contact my local phone company because of a phone line outage, and after several menus and answering questions from a recorded voice, I was told my line would be repaired in a week and the system hung up on me. There was no real person to talk too!
