LD Switchover not always a snap

By: i estrada on Sunday, January 01, 2006
From Sunnyvale (United States)
Experience: 45 Days
Pros: Cheap rates, good connections.

Cons: Customer service follow-up can be improved.

Summary: After switching from my previous provider and supposedly confirming 3 times, I finally tried to make an international long distance call and found out that I had not been switched, I was somehow still using my original provider. Customer Service via e-mail is very responsive, but when I called Pioneer's Customer Service and left a message, they never called back or sent an e-mail. I'm still waiting for a callback.
