Cons: rude customer service people

Summary: No problems with the service, but had an issue with the wrong account number. Talking to the customer service people was not pleasant. They had sent me two forms with the different account numbers, and then got snotty when I questioned which one was correct. Finally got a nice customer service person and got it straightened out.
