Customer ServiceOverall Rating: By: T P on Tuesday, May 01, 2007From: NJ, NJ (United States) Experience: 90 Days Pros: Low PriceCons: Lines are not clear and have problems with FAXingSummary: Customer service is bad. Sent in my payment, they cashed the check and proceeded to charge me fees for not paying. "Sorry we credited the wrong account." Also the lines get static in them fairly often and when trying to FAX the transmissions won't go through. 16 out of 34 people found this review helpful
