Great way to knock off a few dollars!Overall Rating: By: Stacey Winkelmann on Tuesday, November 29, 2005From: Mt. View, CA (United States) Experience: 2 Months Pros: Calls during the day are much more inexpensive now. I'm also getting a better rate on my intra-state calls too.Cons: I wish it covered those pesky calls that are within a 13 mile radius of my home the phone company still picks up.Summary: I'm recommending to all my friends and family who would like to lower their long distance phone bills. This is a great way to do it. 11 out of 14 people found this review helpful

pionneer 3.25Overall Rating: By: bob Davidson on Monday, October 31, 2005From: franklin park, IL (United States) Experience: 30 Days Pros: Low cost great for people who don't make many long distance call. No monthly fees just for having the serviceCons: none so farSummary: I like not having a monthly fee especially since I may not make a long distance call for months on my land line at home. Decent enoughOverall Rating: By: Cedric Fernandes on Thursday, October 06, 2005From: Columbia, MD (United States) Experience: 60 Days Pros: Inspite of the cons I mentioned, I still think this is one of the better deals out there.Cons: They double-billed me for one international call. Luckily I noticed - they were good about giving me the credit. So no harm done eventually. Also, they charge you $10 up front and then adjust it against your future bills. I don't like that. Also, they don't pay the fees you incur with the local phone company to switch long distance.Summary: No monthly fees (with no paper billing) - that's the main reason I signed up. 7 out of 13 people found this review helpful
Does not workOverall Rating: By: Andris Padegs on Friday, September 16, 2005From: Poughkeepsie, NY (United States) Experience: 3 Months Pros: Sound is OK when it works.Cons: Does not work, and I get no response to my e-mail.Summary: Does not work. Was charged l.d. $5 connection fee three times, had a long talk with a Pioneer rep to have fee removed, and now when I make a long diatance call, I get a message that I do not have any l.d. carrier. But the latest Verizon bill has another $5 fee inlcuded. Verizon claims that I am connceted to Global Crossing, which must be another name for Pioneer. Pioneer did not respond to my e-mail. 12 out of 16 people found this review helpful
