Impressed with PioneerOverall Rating: By: Laura Wright on Wednesday, May 25, 2005From: Northport, AL (United States) Experience: 3 Months Pros: I was hesitant at first to switch to a phone company that is not as well known as AT&T or MCI, but I have been very impressed with their service plan. I appreciate that there is no monthly charge and the "talkcents" is under 4 cents a minute. I haven't found another company that offers the same plan.Summary: I will recommend Pioneer to family and friends. I have saved a lot of money on long distance calls since switching. It was well worth the change. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful

Re: Pioneer LD serviceOverall Rating: By: Susan Barnett on Saturday, April 30, 2005From: Carmel, CA (United States) Experience: 3 Months Cons: I haven't found any.Summary: Really excellent cust. service. I was going out of state when I started using Pioneer & needed "instant" calling card, which was provided with no hassle at all. And, while away & using the card, I reached my "limit," & all it took was one quick call to get the issue resolved. At that same time, there was a "bank-glitch" which had me in a frenzy, but it was quickly resolved with help from Pioneer support people. I'm really happy with Pioneer - so far, at least, there have been no unhappy experiences. 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful
