Customer service is excellent. The best part is that there are none of those annoying menus to deal with. Just dial the toll free number and talk directly to a live person that is willing to solve the problem or answer a question. I recently had to contact my local phone company because of a phone line outage, and after several menus and answering questions from a recorded voice, I was told my line would be repaired in a week and the system hung up on me. I make a lot of long distance calls and got tired of paying a monthly fee, so I started buying phone cards at Sam's Club. That saved me on the per minute cost from 5 cents a minute to something like 3.5 cents a minute, but I still had the monthly charge, because I had to keep my LD service for any emergency calls I may need to make. So, one day I decided to do a search online and found PhoneDog.com. I found exactly what I was looking for, a LD plan with NO monthly charge and the lowest per minute rate to boot!! Ever since signing up, I have been very happy and have raved about it to all my friends. What a find! Why would anyone pay those monthly fees for LD service when there is PhoneDog out there! Thanks again PhoneDog and Pioneer and keep up the good work! Could not call HongKong but could call Philippines. Some other company had blocked it. Their customer service was great. They called and e-mailed me to keep me informed of their progress on the problem. They always answered the call right away - no voice mail. Would recommend them highly. |
