I will recomend Pioneer telephone service 3.3cOverall Rating: By: Lydia Rittinger on Tuesday, August 26, 2008From: Traverse City, MI (United States) Experience: 4 Months Pros: Price is rightCons: Nothing wrongSummary: Service has been excellent -- I have no complaints and am happy with the price Pioneer 3.3C service planOverall Rating: By: Sarah Schindler on Tuesday, August 26, 2008From: Rhinelander, WI (United States) Experience: 2 Months Pros: Cheap rates, convenience of email billingCons: none so far!Summary: This plan was a huge improvement to our previous plan, which was with our local phone company, which was adding new charges every month, it seemed. This plan works for us because I'll get an email each month with my billing summary, and it's the 3rd month and I still haven't had to pay more than my initial $10 start up. Long Distance ServiceOverall Rating: By: John Clemente on Tuesday, August 19, 2008From: Annandale, NJ (USA) Experience: 60 Days Pros: InexpensiveCons: Long distance charges for international calls minutes even when the call is cut off prior to being connected with the receptive party due to no fault of the caller or receiver. Summary: Service is fair to poor. International calls may take several tries before a connection is made. And the Pioneer Telephone charges for minutes even when the connection fails. They may delete these charges after a complaint is made but if you do not challenge the charges they make no attempt to monitor or correct this. Voice quality is sometimes OK but is frequently indistinguishable and the call must be made again for a possible better connection. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful

Thanks for saving me money.Overall Rating: By: Jay Young on Friday, July 11, 2008From: Harper, TX (United States) Experience: 2 Months Pros: Very economical and user friendly.Cons: none so far.Summary: I was frusterated with my local phone company. Basic rate for a phone, long distance plan and caller ID was running $65.00 per month. I looked for a better deal and found this one. I am very happy paying for only the long distance minutes I use ech month instead paying for long distance plus a plan to get a lower long distance rate. 2 out of 4 people found this review helpful
