Pioneer 3.3C User Review

Cons: Billing dept. in India is imcompetent.

Summary: Had LD service for 1 month. We were supposed to have auto payments from our credit card. They never auto charged our credit card. They suspended service. We called India to make a payment. They took our payment and said we would have LD service once again. No service. Called another office in U.S.. Problem is still not resolved.

Summary: We have been using the Pioneer Telephone service for approximatley 3 months and have experienced no problems. I like being able to get my bill via email. The price is much better than the long distance price offered locally by Cox.

Summary: We use Pioneer Telephone for all long distance calls. The fact that you can choose which billing method you prefer is very important to our company. We've been very happy with customer service in that there has not been any waiting to speak to a representative and they are always very courteous and provide quick answers/help. Definitely, we are happy we chose Pioneer Telephone for our long distance carrier.

Summary: I was frusterated with my local phone company. Basic rate for a phone, long distance plan and caller ID was running $65.00 per month. I looked for a better deal and found this one. I am very happy paying for only the long distance minutes I use ech month instead paying for long distance plus a plan to get a lower long distance rate.

Summary: I like using pioneer phone service. It's easier than a phone card and it's a lot cheaper too.

Cons: Wish I would have know about years ago!

Summary: If you are looking to change over to a new Telco..this is the place. I am using Pineer with great success.

Cons: No documentation on calls made

Summary: Prefer electronic listing of calls made and charges per call.

Cons: Not a single con that I'm aware of.

Summary: I'm so happy I learned about a much cheaper way to get the same product (long distance service). There's no difference except the email phone bill but I can see the detailed calls in the email so I know that we are paying for what we got.

Summary: I have been using Pioneer Telephone for over 4 months now and have been completely satisfied with the service. Everything described in their advertisment is accurate. I cannot comment on their customer service however, because there has been no need to contact them. This to me, is a positive testomony all by itself.

Summary: Very smooth switchover. Didn't even notice. Saving me a ton of money over my former long distance carier which was charging me a high rate and monthly fees
