Pioneer TelephoneOverall Rating: By: L. Masilek on Thursday, July 17, 2008From: Ellaville, GA (United States) Experience: 90 Days Pros: Choice of billing methods; great customer service; easy and quick access to customer service people who always provide the help we need; the price was very reasonable. Summary: We use Pioneer Telephone for all long distance calls. The fact that you can choose which billing method you prefer is very important to our company. We've been very happy with customer service in that there has not been any waiting to speak to a representative and they are always very courteous and provide quick answers/help. Definitely, we are happy we chose Pioneer Telephone for our long distance carrier. 6 out of 7 people found this review helpful
Thanks for saving me money.Overall Rating: By: Jay Young on Friday, July 11, 2008From: Harper, TX (United States) Experience: 2 Months Pros: Very economical and user friendly.Cons: none so far.Summary: I was frusterated with my local phone company. Basic rate for a phone, long distance plan and caller ID was running $65.00 per month. I looked for a better deal and found this one. I am very happy paying for only the long distance minutes I use ech month instead paying for long distance plus a plan to get a lower long distance rate. 3 out of 6 people found this review helpful

Excellent quality and value.Overall Rating: By: Michael Borowicz on Friday, May 30, 2008From: Middleton, WI (United States) Experience: 4 Months Pros: Easy and convenient to join. Excellent sound quality.Cons: NoneSummary: I have been using Pioneer Telephone for over 4 months now and have been completely satisfied with the service. Everything described in their advertisment is accurate. I cannot comment on their customer service however, because there has been no need to contact them.
