Phone Service ReviewOverall Rating: By: Paula Lehman on Friday, May 09, 2008From: Fritch, TX (United States) Experience: 3 Months Pros: Cheap ratesCons: NoneSummary: We are a small company with a small volume of long distance calls and were unwilling to pay the high monthly rates charged by many of the other long distance carriers. Through web surfing, we found your site, and were pleased that we had another option. We are very pleased with the cost and the service we have received. 1 out of 5 people found this review helpful

Pioneer 3.3C service planOverall Rating: By: N Owens on Wednesday, March 05, 2008From: Ruckersville, VA (United States) Experience: 2 Months Pros: Do not have to punch in excess numbers to make a long distance call.Cons: Having to put $10 on my credit card up front.Summary: I have no complaints with the long distance service. I've used Pioneer for 2 months and still have $7 in my account (hence my complaint under "cons"). Pioneer is the real deal.Overall Rating: By: Les Imboden on Wednesday, March 05, 2008From: Stillwater, OK (United States) Experience: 60 Days Pros: I checked my first bill, and they really are just charging 3.3C per minute. Of course there are always extra charges. Everyone has them. But the base rate is as advertise. No loss in quality versus my earlier carrier.Cons: I had a heck of a time breaking into my account online, but that just might be me being retarded. I emailed them twice, then gave up and called. Otherwise, no problemsSummary: If you are concerned about bait-and-switch, forget it. Pioneer actually charges and bills the rate they advertise. Online and phone help has been quick and useful, and the quality of the call is fine. 3 out of 4 people found this review helpful
