Pros: Good Sound Quality

Summary: I have had no problems with the service. The pricing is good for me since I do not make many long distance calls on a regular basis. The payment by credit card makes it easy for me to take care of the payment without forgetting to make it. I'd recommend this service to friends and family.

Pros: Very pleased had a few cutoff problems when we first started to use, but after I contacted Pioneer, they resolved the problem.(Price is Right)

Cons: So far none other then the early cutoff problem which has been resolved.

Pros: I have been very happy with the service so far .I haven't had it for very long but the operators that I delt with, to get it set up were very courteous, I would recomend every body try your service, as I am very happy with it & will try to encourage my friends to use it. We are senior citizons & with the rate you charge it helps us a great deal, as our finances are the most important right now & I think this is the way with most senior as well as the single mothers trying to raise children with

Summary: I feel that you are helping us stay in touch with your rates so low it shows that you are not out to rob the little person like so many other phone companies are doing today. I know you have to make a profit but you are not trying to rob people just because they need to stay in touch with family & emergencies that arise. thanks for this & I will try to be a good customer to help you, all I can. mary

Cons: With just online billing it's easy to forget.

Summary: We are very happy with our 3 cent a minute rate..we were using our cell phones to call long distance becaue of the cost of land line..it was not conveint ...we are happy to be able to now use our home phone

Pros: The price is great and there is no difference in the quality between Pioneer and Windstream.

Summary: I have had Pioneer phone service for 3 months now. The best thing is the price and I see no quality difference between pioneer and Windstream. If I had known that Pioneer was available in my area I would have signed up 5 years ago.
