Pioneer 3.9C User Review![]() pioneerOverall Rating: By: bruce steeples on Friday, April 07, 2006From: 10655 202nd st west, MN (United States) Experience: 7 Days Pros: Pricing, good interface and searchCons: order processingSummary: Once i placed the order, I didn't hear from anyone and wound up calling my carrier about 5 times to get the work order processed. Other than that, so far so good. I'm having trouble faxing long distance, but I don't know the reason yet...might be something other than the lines. Thanks bs 14 out of 26 people found this review helpful

Service review after three months.Overall Rating: By: John Schmidt on Monday, September 19, 2005From: Alton, IA (United States) Experience: 90 Days Pros: Very good rates. Customer service was average. Customer service was very good in helping me contact my local tel. co., when I had problems with that.Cons: Customer service, when contacting them by e-mail was never (three times) answered that way, had to call 800 #. A 800 hook-up was requested. They forgot to call me to tell me my number. Durng the month of July, many Int. calls fell into dead space. Summary: The past two weeks it haa not been necessary to call customer service, so no problem. No problems with int. calls during that time. Now that I have the sevice I was hoping for, it has been good. I would recommend your company to others. 13 out of 24 people found this review helpful
Cabin serviceOverall Rating: By: Marilyn Rogers on Tuesday, July 26, 2005From: Spooner, WI (United States) Experience: 60 Days Pros: We enjoy Pioneer service in our home so we sought the same great product for our Wisconsin cabin. Although we have not used it very much, the installation and initial usage have been high quality.Cons: Our home rate of 2.7 cents/minute is not available in the area of our cabin. Still, 3.9 cents is one great rate.Summary: We're happy to have made the change to Pioneer for our cabin. 19 out of 29 people found this review helpful
