Service review after three months.By: John Schmidt on Monday, September 19, 2005 From Alton (United States) Experience: 90 Days Pros: Very good rates. Customer service was average. Customer service was very good in helping me contact my local tel. co., when I had problems with that.Cons: Customer service, when contacting them by e-mail was never (three times) answered that way, had to call 800 #. A 800 hook-up was requested. They forgot to call me to tell me my number. Durng the month of July, many Int. calls fell into dead space. Summary: The past two weeks it haa not been necessary to call customer service, so no problem. No problems with int. calls during that time. Now that I have the sevice I was hoping for, it has been good. I would recommend your company to others. 13 out of 25 people found this review helpful
