Excellent plan with post-payment and no fees.Cons: Poor online update capability. Long waiting time to talk with customer service.Summary: Customer Service is excellent once you get through the queue. I have waited 5 to 30 minutes and have also hung up to try later. I didn't experience any interruptions at all. Another thing that struck me is that so far, it seems like my personal info has been respected.
