Rude customer service reps. Setting up re-occurring billing is chaos.Summary: The first problem I noticed since I switched, is that I dial a number and NOTHING happens! I get better changes connectining with a phone card. I also signed up for re-occurring billing, and it failed because they had a very strange expiration date. We fixed that and charged my card for that month. But then, they kept sending me letters even though my credit card had already been used once. In the short time that I have this long distance service provider; I had have to call customer service 3 times.
