Saved me money with a little follow-upOverall Rating: By: Pete S on Monday, March 27, 2006From: Crystal Lake, IL (United States) Experience: 3 Months Pros: Switching to Total Call International was very easy and it did save me money.Cons: In order to get the switching fee credit I had to fax a copy of my old company's phone bill twice before the credit showed up on my account.Summary: I'd definitely recommend switching to Total Call International if you want to save a few bucks. I am honored to comment on such a wonderful telecom company. They are "few and far between". Outstanding customer service, and one of the only telecoms still issuing "paper statements/bills", most everyone else makes it mandatory to be billed/pay online. Thanks, again... Cons: You can't condense bills, if you're into that kind of thing.Summary: I signed up for TCI total call and I recieved a letter a few days later with a dial around code so I could start saving immediately. It took a couple of weeks for the phone companies to switch over the service properly. My first bill was for a month and a half's service, and it was still lower than half month's bill from the phone compnay. Otherwise, my long distance service hasn't really changed. Reception is good, and I haven't encountered any interruptions in service. 4 out of 6 people found this review helpful

No monthly fees.Cons: Can't make online payments with them unless you provide them with your SSN. Summary: Everything has been flawless with this long distance company.
