R. on Thursday, February 02, 2006From: Ephraim, UT (United States) Pros: There is no monthly fee as promised and the rates are great! 6 cents in state and 4.9 cents state to state.Cons: My number comes up as "unavailable" on others caller ID and cell phones.Summary: So far, I have really liked TCI. It's just what they promised. 6 cents in state and 4.9 cents state to state. No Monthly Fees.Cons: sometimes have to wait for awhile to get thru to customer service. They also aren't open 24 hrs a day. Summary: I recently signed up for TCI International and have been very happy with them. They are cost efficient and don't try to "nickel and dime" you for using very little long distance per month. Even with a $40 a month plan, the charge is $.05 a minute if you use all the minutes. Otherwise it was a waste.
