Simple to sign up.Cons: Communication is poor. I have had them for 3 months now and have gotten no bill or even and acknowledgment that I am a customer. Summary: There is no monthly fee so the Global Saver Rural service plan can save you money especially if you don't call much or use an online service to make long distance calls.
