Changeover from Global Crossing to QwestBy: Patricia Stoll on Monday, September 17, 2007 From Colorado Springs (United States) Experience: 2 Years Pros: Cheap when it works.Cons: Unprofessional, no one at home minding the store, 2 months behind in billing, if you have problems over the weekend no way to even leave a message.Summary: I've given up and changed my father's long distance carrier. Not everyone has a regular computer to pay their bills. He pays by check. Unitel is over 2 months behind on their bills. They didn't send out any notification of this last change and just turned my 80-yr old father's long distance off and left it up to him to figure out what's wrong.
