What if I received my confirmation email and something is wrong?

Contact us immediately at infodog@phonedog.com and we will be more than happy to make any necessary corrections to your order.  If you do not discover the error until 24 to 48 hours after the order was placed, your order may have advanced to the next level of processing and you would then be required to contact the provider directly.
