The R380 introduced by Ericsson was a groundbreaking phone that was one of the first smart phones to be as small and light as other modern mobile phones. Ericsson T28-World
The Ericsson T28 is a small, light, dual-band world phone. Extremely thin this phones features include voice-dialing, ringer profiles, and a button-activated flip. The display, while small, is full-graphic, and features Ericsson's unique horizontal menu system.
Ericsson R278D
The Ericsson R278D was an entry-level, tri-mode TDMA phone. The key attributes were Wireless internet, 2-Way text messaging, and T9 predictive text entry.
Ericsson A1228D / A1228LX
The Sony Ericsson A1228D/A1228LX was a basic, entry-level TDMA phone. The A1228d was the original model. The A1228LX was the model specifically for AT&T Wireless, and does include 2-way test messaging.
Ericsson R300Z
The Ericsson R300Z became the feature-rich update to the A2218z. Added to this model was a Wireless Internet browser. Other key features include voice-dialing and PIM (calendar) features.
Ericsson T39
The Ericsson T39 is a tiny, feature-packed world phone. It comes equipped with most of the features of the R520, but in a much smaller package. This very custamizable phone contains key attributes such as text messaging, GPRS, and Bluetooth.

Ericsson T60D / T60LX
The Ericsson T60D/T60LX is a feature-packed TDMA phone that offers all the features of their latest GSM phones, in a smart design. Large screen, internal antenna, and a joystick are immediately noticeable, but the phone also supports special "SmartBack" accessories, such as GPS and Bluetooth, which are integrated with the battery cover.
Ericsson T68
When the T68 by Ericsson was introduced, it was the most feature-rich phone in the Western hemisphere. Except for missing speaker phone, it includes most major features including Bluetooth, voice dialing, text messaging, and picture ID.
Ericsson A2218Z
This GSM phone is identical to the Ericsson R300z, except the R300z also has a Wireless Internet browser. The A2218Z does however come equipped with a calculator, calendar, voice dialing, text messaging, and games.
Ericsson R280 / R289
This unique phone combines a tri-mode TDMA phone with a CDPD modem for always-on Wireless Internet. Variants: The R280d and R280LX are the original models. The R280di and R289LX add 2-Way SMS with "Chatboard" support.
Ericsson T66
The T66 by Ericsson could possibly be the smallest and lightest world phone ever. Fairly full-featured, including custom graphics and ringtones, but lacks GPRS and voice dialing.
Ericsson R300D / R300LX
The R300D/R300LX is a full-featured phone with internal antenna. Unlike many previous Ericsson models, this one has a full-size screen. The R300d version features a WAP 1.1 Wireless Internet browser. The R300LX variant is for AT&T, and lacks a Wireless Internet browser, due to an incompatibility with AT&T's network.
Ericsson A1228C
The A1228C was one of Ericsson's first CDMA phones. Basic features, with the notable exceptions of Wireless Internet and 2-Way SMS. No vibrate feature. Non-standard headset jack. Dual-mode.
