The i-mate 8150 offers the same features at the 6150 except it sports a smaller display and adds a keypad. Other features include WiFi, 3G data, FM radio, Windows Mobile 6 Pro OS, microSD slot, XGA (1024 x 768) video out with audio, NVIDIA® GoForce 5500 graphics accelerator, video calling, stereo Bluetooth, media player and a jog dial.
The i-mate Ultimate 6150 is a 3G enabled quad-band GSM touchscreen smartphone that is powered by Windows Mobile 6 OS and an NVIDIA® GoForce 5500 graphics accelerator. Other key features include WiFi, stereo Bluetooth, TV out, Windows Mobile office suite, FM radio, 2.0 megapixel camera, microSD slot and video calling.

The i-mate Smartflip is an ultra-thin clamshell smartphone sports Windows Mobile 5, a QVGA main display, and stereo Bluetooth. Other key attributes include a 1.3 megapixel camera, quad-band GSM, EDGE data, dual color displays, and speakerphone.
The i-mate PDAL runs Windows Mobile 5.0 and features Wi-Fi, stereo bluetooth v1.2, and a 2.0 megapixel camera. Use included software such as ActiveSync Client, Windows Pocket Outlook, Internet Explorer Mobile, and video viewer. 
The i-mate JAQ is a heavy-duty pocket PC messaging device with a full QWERTY keyboard that runs Windows Mobile 5.0. Use great features like pusing e-mail directly from MS Exchange, Bluetooth v1.2 technology, and editing and viewing Microsoft Word and Excel documents. 
The i-mate K-JAM is a Windows Mobile 5 PDA with a slide-out QWERTY text keyboard, Bluetooth v2.0, Wi-Fi, EDGE, and so much more. Enjoy the 1.3 megapixel camera along with video capture, and streaming videos on Windows Media Player 10.
The JAQ3 from i-mate runs Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 for Pocket PCs and houses a full QWERTY keyboard. Other included software on this device are Windows Outlook, Push Mail, Media Player 10 Mobile, and Pocket MSN.
