PCD which stands for Personal Communications Devices, LLC, was formerly known as UTStarcom. Their device division has branched off and is now operating as PCD.

The PCD Chaser offers a 3.2" capacitive touchscreen display, Google Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), 3MP camera, Bluetooth technology, and 800 Mhz processor.
The PCD Venture is a reasonable priced Android smartphone offered by Virgin Mobile. Key features include 512MB RAM, 600MHz processor, 2.8" display, and 2MP camera.
The Sprint Phone Connect is a device that offers unlimited Sprint phone service at your home or office. Plug the device into your existing landline phone and start making calls via Sprint services. The device has GPS and supports 911 calling but will not work with all home security systems.
The Verizon Wireless Razzle produced by PCD is a bar style messaging phone with full QWERTY and 1.3MP camera. Other key features include access to mobile web, task bar for shortcuts to menus, and access to a media center for downloads. Complete specs will be updated when they are made available.
The TXTM8 offers a slide out QWERTY keyboard from it's compact unique shape. Other key features include a music player with microSD slot, stereo Bluetooth, and 1.3MP camera with/zoom. 
The new Verizon Wireless Escapade offers a 2.0 MP camera, dual band CDMA 1X and quad band GSM/GPRS, and a pre-installed SIM card. Other key features include Bluetooth technology, mobile web capable, and mobile web.
The PCD CDM-8975 is a basic clamshell device with Push to Talk (PTT), bluetooth technology, and GPS capable. Other key features included video capture, memory card slot, and adjustable text size for the menus.
The PCD CDM-8950 does everything you would expect from a lower mid range phone without breaking the bank. Key features include a 1.3 megapixel camera, MP3 player with external music controls, microSD slot, stereo Bluetooth, speakerphone and a WAP browser.
