"Thank you RIM and NEXTEL!"
The good: The 7100i is a great powerful tool and I couldn't be happier to have upgraded to it with NEXTEL. It's so easy to work with because of the smaller size and is much lighter than any other BlackBerry I have ever seen. I am able to read attachments without a subscription service, so that is a real savings for me. If you can subscribe to the TELNAV feature in your area,(about $10 a month) get it! Its almost like having ONSTAR services right at your fingertips!The bad: Besides taking some time to learn how to use the keypad, the only other downside was the lack of .wav ringtones. I enjoy being able to personalize my phones so it would be really helpful if they could add more.Summary: This is a very workable handheld that I am really enjoying. I am so glad the Nextel picked up this great BlackBerry because a PDA with Direct Connect is about the best you can get!
