"Getting used to Blackberrys"
The good: Neat (but not necessarily cool) design. Supposedly good features. Not too chunky. The bad: Tough to get used to. No pda screen. Compatibility issues with MACs. Tough to set up. T-Mobile service was quick but not very helpful. Summary: Check out specs and features thoroughly before purchase.
