The good: phone dog says you can't colour code the calendar entries, but if you set up more than one email account e.g. a hotmail and a work email - you can have up to 10 accounts I'm told, then new calendar entries can be linked to either email and are shown in blue or green to differentiate them presumably more colours are used as you add new email accounts.
