"Amazing call quality and very intuitative "
I had a iPhone 3GS and an iPhone 4 and I made the switch because I got tired of dropping calls. Now that I have used the phone for 6 months I am a convert, the key board is amazing and so is the universal inbox and push e-mail. I thought I would miss the apps and media player but the truth is I don't. App World has only a fraction of the App Store but you will find most things. Best BlackBerry Bold ever made. its fast cpu and expanding app selection will help you hold out until BlackBerry 10 comes out later this year. so if your looking for a fast touch screen and keyboard phone then this is it!!report

"Communication superstar"
The Bold 9900 is one beast of a phone. With all the hype surrounding apps and all the things a phone can do these days, people seem to forget that a phone's main purpose is being a communication device. The Bold 9900 is the best communication device on the market. Blackberry's e-mail is second to none, and the keyboard is the best on a phone EVER. "Keyboard GOD"
You have to use the keyboard to know what im talking about!! Touch screen is alright, I still use the trackpad more than the touchscreen. Touchscreen is nice to have but not needed on a keyboard phone with trackpad. Batterylife is average not the greatest depending mostly on your usage, lifestyle. APP's they are slowly gaining more developers..Just hand in their.. Blackberry has potential make a come-back!report

"For a phone, absolutely the best. For a device, not so much."
This is a very professional phone, excellent call and build quality. However lack of quality apps makes it not so appealing. But.. the physical keyboard quality cannot be matched by any manufacturer.report

Its a nice phone but people left blackberry because they wanted more apps and bigger screens and some wanted 4g.. I like blackberry.. Hopefully it can come out of its problems and become popular againreport

"Best BlackBerry - yet!"
I've owned various BB's since the 7100 series. Now have the 9780. Got my wife her first BB, the 9900. We both just LOVE it. Just the perfect balance of features and performance of anything else out there, especially for a BB enthusiast, or even a nubie to BB like my wife. I think maybe most others would love it, too - if they ignore all the BB media bashing out there.report

"true smartphone"
This phone is the only true smart phone anymore. I know there are all these great phones and they can do a lot of amazing things but those are just nice phones. Smartphones use to be for business and i feel like if i shiwed up for work with anything but a blackberry it would look like i dont take mybjob seriously. I really love the iphone and the galaxy nexus, but for entertainmenr. If wanted to get something done, i would go straight for blackberry.report

"Best blackberry I've owned"
I have owned a blackberry 7300, Curve 8520, Bold 9700 and now the Bold 9900. This is the first Blackberry in my eyes that can hold it's own against iPhones and other popular phones today, there are a few downsides I.E lack of apps and a few browser problems but all in all it's a pretty solid device.report
