"I will never buy a blackberry ever again"
The good: music player works nicely, track ball is smooth The bad: blackberry customer service is awful, scratches easy, breaks easy, freezes easy, phone volume is not good, t9 word choice is strange (it doesnt adapt to how you type), no way to change message ringtone, sometimes changes phone ringer on its own and the time, battery life sucks, i have never had this phone last close to a whole year. Summary: I bought this phone about a year and 6 months ago and it is the worst phone ive ever... more...
