"best phone for the money"

Let's make one thing clear, my country does not have carriers that subsidise the phone price, so whenever you go to a phone shop you have to put down all your cash. Why the Nexus 4 caught my eye= simply put, the price. When it was released S3 was the go to device for everyone and since most wars are won in the specs race, this phone matched Samsung's flagship toe for toe.
