"Overdesigning gone bad"

The good: Loads of features, nice protective heavyweight case, great looks! The bad: All the pro's are meaningless when your phone takes 4ever to boot up, gets poor no no reception in known 4-bar areas, seriously overheats and drains battery in less than 12 hours, takes too much time to process/download emails (very small files too) and has little to no customer support at the vendor/manufacturer level. Summary: Great idea for its time when released at Cingular about spring 2006, but all its... more...
