"A Siren song "
The good: Tons of featuresThe bad: Tons of bugs! Dismal ATT support! Summary: Enticed by unbelievable functionality and a promise that it can do everything causes you to instantly fall madly in love with this phone. Then just like Caroline did my freshman year, it rips your heart out and stomps it into the dust.These are the most buggy devices you ever had the misfortune of wasting $450 buying. They even sometimes forget how to be a phone. Nothing works reliably enough for business use.
The frequent malfunctions will drive you to ATT Support. Some memorable quotes from ATT support include: "ATT does not make that phone." "Can't you get a driver from Radio Shack?" "No you may not speak to my supervisor-- I am as high as you can go."
Once you enter the telephone maze of ATT support, be prepared to be lost there for days--weeks. I was never whole again after Caroline. If you manage to escape from the maze, you will never be whole again either. Beware! I loathe these things.
