"This is coming from a previous Android Root user."

Battery life is excellent if you turn off what background apps that you don't need. I get 2 days at full use sometimes.

Speed is flawless. Were talking smoothness and the processing time of the Note II on opening apps. Even just using the phone is flawless in smoothness. (And it's only a duel core.)

Memory will never run out. Good luck trying to make it do so.

16 gigs is actually 23 gigs if you include the SkyDrive function. 23 gigs is actually 2 terabytes (2 terabytes VIA that's how much space I have on my computer), if you have Windows 8 and know what your doing.

The camera is great in a lot of light, fair in poor light, and terrible in dark areas. But lets face it, even the 920 or Samsung devices is no DSLR camera.

Video isn't too stable, but records amazing in well lit areas.

Beats Audio is fantastic. (This coming from me producing my own music.) The on board speaker in the back is crisp and mids hit low.

The phone's speech to text is no Android Swiftkey.

The look and feel is FANTASTIC.

Bing search will always kind of blow, I'm a Google guy for searching.

The OS is sexy and has what you need like.. BAM in your face. No flipping through multiple Windows to get an app open. No widgets, no app tiles, just LIVE tiles. (A live tile is both an app tile and widget combined.)

The Lock Screen is great and has too many features based off of what app you choose to run it.

Read Write speeds are excellent.

What ever music is on your Windows 8 computer will be accessible to your phone in a matter of minutes from the first time powering on your phone.

There is too much good I can say about this phone. No need to continue on, if you like it, buy it. It's worth it.

PS, the market has so many new apps each day. Microsoft reported that they have some 30k apps in quee in just a few weeks after launching Windows Phone 8. If that says anything to you, it would be that there is a long line of developers who have migrated to Windows Phone Market.
