"Cheap build quality"

Coming from the original Incredible, the 4G version is a disappointment. I returned mine. Display is nice, but the build is cheap. Black chrome bezel scratches VERY easily. Ear speaker clogs with lint instantly, Loud speaker is very poor quality, it sounds like the caller is talking inside a gymnasium.
