HTC One X Written Review by Taylor
After a week and a half of using the HTC One X as my primary device, I am confident in saying it is the most refined Android phone we here at PhoneDog have come across to date. HTC promised to bring quality over quantity in 2012 and they have delivered on nearly every aspect with One. Being the flagship of the line, the One X comes with some of the best specifications of any Android phone on the market and features one of the most significant designs and top quality builds. "Beautiful, Fast, Phone. Totally worth buying!"
I have had my HTC One X for over 4 months now. The display is as good, if not better than all the other phones out there. I used to think iPhone had the superior display when it came to display, but HTC has surpassed Apple's iPhone. The One X is blazing fast with LTE. The phone is also just purely fast with the Snapdragon S4 processor. I wish the battery was better for sure though, It is a mid-tier battery that can drain fast if you constantly use it like I can. If you learn a few tricks to save battery you can make it last, but I usually have to charge late in the day especially if I'm heading out for the night. I am very impressed with the camera on this device. It DEFINITELY competes with all other cameras! I take pictures of great nature views like mountains and sunsets, and is spectacular for that as well as other pictures. I am impressed with my HTC One XQ I just wish I would have waited and got the HTC One X+ because it's 64 gb for $200. The One X is 99 cents for 16 gb. The One X is the classic, but I think HTC rushed the One X+ just because of overpopulated phones such as the Galaxy S3, which the One X easily meets the specs of. I look forward to what HTC has next for us all! Hopefully something with A LOT MORE battery life such as better than the Razr MAxx, and sturdier build. Other than that HTC One X is really worth the buy and will last you easily 2 years or sooner. If this phone had the battery life of the Razr Maxx, it would EASILY be a Top 2 phone with the Galaxy Note. I give the One X an 8.5/10. Definitely a Top 6 phone in my opinion.
