For the benchmark, you can check reviews on real life situations and see which is better and in this mostly you will see that the top phone are the same. and then for the goodies, you should check very well the importance of these goodies in your day-to-day phone use and see how it affects you and also how reliable the goodies are. Most people don't go for these and they end up buying a phone because the media say so, but you should know that the media is controlled by advertising power. With all these into consideration.... I go for HTC ONE X.
