The good: Full qwerty Kbd very nice calendar feat. Syncs with outlook nearly 900 contacts already in phone Mini SD card slot The bad: Battery life is short... i have to charge it daily. Energizer (motorola) recharge kit works wonders in a pinch. (May take a while to learn if you are not computer minded.) I am fairly good with computers and amd still learning some avail features.
