okay phone by far not the best

The good: nice sound quality nice screen and camera beautiful form factor inner circle was a great idea. web browser The bad: plastic feel, keyboard way to small for average size hands, space bar off center, no track ball, menu was is annoyingscreen could have been larger Summary: What to say about the snap, well it is a gorgeous looking phone with massive potential if the designers would have went back and made both the screen and the keyboard bigger, removed the D-pad and in it's place a track ball. The fact that the space bar is offset infuriates me, I find my self hitting the Question mark all the time, also What was the point of caps if you hit shift twice it will stay in caps. the screen is nice not top of the line but nice, if the people at HTC will read the reviews and make the changes it would be an amazing phone maybe even a nice touch screen. the buttons on the keyboard are soooo cramped it bothers me a lot. I hit O's when I am trying to hit I's. it kind of reminded me of a nice black berry knock off, but with a smart phone I think htc has to step it up just a little bit with this phone, otherwise the phone has been great. call and sound quality is great. I would recommend this phone to business people who will need a calendar and other mobile programs but I will not recommend to people with big hands from experience it is hard to type with. good but not close to being flawless.
