The good: Sound-Phone Very Clear Sound-Music Clear better with headset or bluetooth though Can edit "all" documents unlike blackberry Camera photo quality GREAT SMS-MMS Email easy to use It has everything you could possibly want-video capability too! Speaker/hands free plus so much more The bad: Haven't figured out how to sync with Vista yet!
