"Cheaply made!"
The good: It works. Every once in awhile. The bad: Cheaply made, horrible quality pictures, randomly freezes or completely shuts down, alarms don't go off when they're supposed to, no knowledgeable staff to turn to in order to fix these (and many more) problems. And now, WalMart (where I purchased the phone) has stopped carrying them, so I can't find a car charger for it.
