"Not at all a good phone..."
The good: Customizable backgrounds and banners.The bad: Lag, Lag, and even more Lag...Summary: I saw this phone on the Metro PCS site and I thought it was very nice so I recieved it as a birthday present. When I first got the phone, the lag wasn't bad. I called a representative and they said that the lag problem was memory issues, so I bought a MicroSD card. Memory must not have been the problem because as time went on the lag got worse and worse. I have now had the phone for 6 months and the lag is so bad that I write a text and 30 seconds later the letters begin to show up. I am very disappointed in this phone. For Christmas, I will be getting the Samsung Instinct which i know will be a better phone. I have a friend who has the Kyocera and their lag isn't as bad as mine, but still lags. Also know that this is my opinion of the phone. If your phone works properly then maybe it's just my phone. Thanks : )
