I want to love my Ally

Posted on: October 6th, 2010 by Michelle Kurth

The good: It can be a great phone when it works. Bright screen, great apps, easy to use, nice keyboard and size. Can do almost everything when it's working. The bad: Shuts off and turns on randomly. Screen freezes, bad glare in daylight, you can hear the person calling but they can't hear you. Some calls never go through and never get full bars on battery. No ringtone or notification on some calls. Camera has terrible lag time. Good pics when you can get a picture.Summary: After replacing 3 times I got so fed up I went back to my Moto flip phone. With all the negative reviews why hasn't LG come up with a solution so we can use these GREAT phones INSTEAD OF LEAVING IN THE BOXES TO TAKE UP SPACE!!! I WANT TO USE MINE AND I CAN'T. I can't afford another phone! Please someone HELP!!!
