"I want to love my Ally"
The good: It can be a great phone when it works. Bright screen, great apps, easy to use,nice keyboard and size. Can do almost everything when it's working. The bad: Shuts off and turns on randomly. Screen freezes,bad glare in daylight, you can hear the person calling but they can't hear you. Some calls never go through and never get full bars on battery.
