"Not a reliable phone."
The good: + Inside QWERTY keyboard makes sending text messages easy. + Durable. The bad: - Poor battery life. - Terrible touch screen responsiveness, limited function. - Bugs and glitches create a very frustrating experience. - Few features. Summary: When I purchased this phone in September of 2009, I was immensely excited.
