"great phone!"
The good: great colors, excellent camera, i've had this phone for three years now(since 6th grade) excellent beginer phone, so easy to use! the whole recording cant be used as ringtones issue van be solved easily, just send the recording in a text to yourself then save it as a ringtone. this phone is durable i have dropped it, thrown it, it fell in a running sink and no more than a little scratch is on it. "Orange EnV"
The good: Keyboard Camera The bad: Just about everything else. Summary: This phone has consistent problems with the charger port. I have had 6 of these phones, and each time it was replaced for their charger port breaking. I have had many of friends with this phone & they all agree.report

"LOVIN ittt!!"
The good: oh my gosh i love this phone so [flippin] much the keyboard is easy to use the colors are... HOT it has a great camera lightweight not that thick I LOVE ITTT!!! "enV is ok"
The good: This phone has a great camera with many options! Keyboard is easy to use! Its pretty durable! Nice screens and color choices. The bad: Its a little thick and sometimes freezes up on me. Its not the most reliable phone once you think about it. I like having the full keyboard but you have to have the phone open to use some of the features. "The enV"
The good: Great colors. awsome keyboard! has i-m. Great sound quality(speakers). great look/style. nice clear screens. great camera quality. holds a long charge. great for texting. set up is great. The bad: you cant set your recordings as ringtones. Summary: I love this phone! Despite the fact that you cannot set your recordings as ringtones, its great. i would totally recomend this phone to anyone!report

"LOVING IT....BUT,...."
The good: This phone is great and very comfortable for texting. It's light, the screens are set up well, I love the ability to have video as screensavers, the navigator is great, etc. etc.... The bad: There are only two things that I can think of that I would REALLY like to have on this phone without having to step up to another model: 1. Task feature (storing and checking off tasks) and 2. a simple hook for a lanyard to prevent it from hitting the ground if I drop it. Summary: Over-all its a... more...report

"ENV"
The good: Great picture quality, records videos nice too. Easy to use! Overall just well put together. The bad: The only real problem I have with it is not being able to set a sound as a ringtone, the only way you can is if you send it to yourself as a message then save it as a ringtone, but oh well. Other than that the battery life seems a little low before needing a recharge. Summary: Nice pics, nice sound, nice design and easy to use. "The Env rocks!"
There are very few cons to this phone. Once in a while I find that the Env likes to call my friends without my permisson, or suddenly burst into song in my pocket. Most of the time this can all be avoided by key guard.report

"Good overall mutimedia phone."
The good: Main screen size and stereo speakers - all nice for a phone of it's size. The bad: Would've loved it if they extended the main screen to eliminate the black border (giving the screen a widescreen effect). Would love it if I could listen to music on the phone while playing games on the phone. Summary: Overall experience with this phone has been a pleasant one. "Love it, I will stay with this one for a long time"
The good: Love the keyboard, I am not a kid but now love to text. The graphics are great and it is just plain FUN. The bad: I agree with everyone about the small screen on the front,but once I have speed dial with most contacts names that I use the most not a problem. Summary: It is great and everyone should have one. But I love LG for everything so I am not suprised by it.report

"Great little device"
The good: Good Camera, Great Organizer, Great Functions, Voice Recognization Great! The bad: Not as professional as others. Summary: This little phone is a real head turner. Its nice little keyboard makes writing text messages a breeze. This phone is great for teens looking to keep up on socializing with others, and keeping a schedule. The navigation function is ahead of its time. A truely great buy for anyone who needs an "all-in-one" phone!report

The good: i love thos phone.i am deffinitly a typer and it is great for that.i love the speakers.and the slim design. The bad: none. "Documentation is lacking"
The good: Great: keyboard, phone earpiece and speakerphone volume are loud enough to hear in noisey environments, music sounds loud enough when played through speakers, but of course is better with a stereo headset, the voice commands seem to work great even using a bluetooth headset with ambient noise. I like the text to voice feature for hearing text messages read to you as they come in, no need to pull the phone out all the time to read messages. "Great First Phone"
The good: I got this for my 6th grade daughter and she loves it! Easy to use and great looking. Manual is a little thick but this phone does so much I guess it had to be. Again it is a great phone ! The bad: Manual is a little complicated for younger kids. Summary: This phone is a great starter phone. It will make your child proud compared to some other phones. My daughter is so excited and happy with her first phone.
